The brief for this renovation was clear: work with the stunning surroundings—just a stone’s throw from the beach—and create a design that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. My client, renovating after tenants vacated, wanted to update the home for sale without polarizing potential buyers.

With the beach just outside the verandah, it was hard not to be inspired by the surrounding natural beauty, and shades of blue subtly worked their way into the design. The heroes of this project are the kitchen, ensuite, and bathroom, with a special nod to the gorgeous little powder room that adds a touch of charm.

By focusing on timeless design choices and enhancing the home’s natural connection to the coastal environment, we created a space that feels both inviting and sophisticated. The result? A home ready to attract a wide pool of buyers while celebrating its idyllic location.
