This β€˜80s back unit had so much potential, but its outdated design and awkward layout just didn’t flow. Despite being spacious, it felt more like a large home than a unit, offering plenty of room to work with.

The goal was to create an open, modern, and functional home, filled with natural light and capturing the relaxed coastal/Hampton vibe. With the client living overseas and the project taking place during the global pandemic, the design and renovation were handled remotely, requiring smooth communication and thoughtful planning every step of the way.

We completely transformed the space, reconfiguring the layout and upgrading every roomβ€”from new flooring and carpets to a fresh kitchen, two bathrooms, powder room, and laundry. The result is a beautifully modern home with a coastal flair and a welcoming character that blends functionality with style.

This project stands as a testament to the power of great design, even under challenging circumstances. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and the client was thrilled with the transformation despite the distance and the pandemic.
